ARE YOU A MEMBER OF CAI?
There are almost 255,000 Community Associations, also known as Common Interest Developments, HOAs, Condos, Co-ops, Townhouses, Planned Developments ... in the United States. Over 56 million of us live in these community associations.
The Community Association Institute [CAI] is the national, non-profit membership organization, that serves as an advocate for community associations. The CAI's purpose is to foster effective community associations and to encourage a spirit of community. The CAI has 56 chapters.
If you are a community association volunteer leader, community association manager, or provide products or services to these communities - then CAI is your organization!
